As the Foundation Designer for Microsoft's Family Safety app, I worked within a variety of interdependent enterprise-level design systems. My team's core objective is to establish a consistent design language that is representative of both the product's branding, as well as embodying the Microsoft design principles at large. My primary area of focus was partnering cross-functionally with the Principal Design Manager, PMs, Engineers, and design team at large to troubleshoot inconsistencies, provide design assets and provide overall design best practices to generate high-quality design output for the entire team.
